The follow-up you meant to send on Tuesday.

You said you would send it. You meant it when you said it. It is Thursday, and it is not in your sent folder, and the person on the other end has quietly decided something about how you do business.

If this is happening in your business, we can start by assessing one workflow. A free 15-minute fit call comes first; the paid assessment is a separate 45-minute session with a report.

What we would examine

Where are commitments recorded? Who owns the next action, and what tells you it was completed?

Bring the person who runs the process and a redacted example. We look at the handoffs, the cost of a miss and what evidence would show an improvement. Do not send passwords, protected health information or sensitive client records.

What the assessment gives you

A paid 45-minute session and a report on one workflow: pain points, whether AI is a fit, prioritized recommendations and success criteria. A simpler process change may be the recommendation.

Implementation is separate. Concierge provides two 45-minute sessions per month to work through agreed changes with your team. The written scope defines support boundaries and what your team will do between sessions.

The assessment payment can be applied once toward the next agreed concierge or implementation engagement. Its application and any expiry are documented before sale.

Common questions

Does the free call include the report?

No. The free 15-minute fit call checks suitability from your written context. The report belongs to the paid 45-minute assessment.

Will you run this for us?

Concierge is done-with-you, not a managed service. Managed agents are a later product with separately agreed measurement and gain-share terms; they are not included or promised here.

What work is outside the scope?

We do not handle protected health information or move client money. Regulated advice stays with qualified people. Access and any customer-facing action require agreed boundaries and human approval.

Who is this for?

Operational SMBs around Philadelphia with written processes and revenue over $1M. We explore fit across industries rather than assuming a workflow is suitable because of the industry name.

Check fit before committing to an assessment.

Bring one workflow and the person who runs it. The first call is free, 15 minutes, with written context first. Three a week. Paid work starts only after a written agreement.
