What happens on the call
Bring the person who actually runs the workflow and return the written context first. We check the problem, your operating process and whether an assessment makes sense. I take three a week. We work with operational businesses around Philadelphia with written processes and revenue over $1M. No protected health information or moving client money. If there is a fit, we agree the paid assessment scope, report acceptance criteria and credit terms in writing, then arrange its 45-minute session separately. This calendar only books the free fit call; it does not take payment or enroll you in concierge.
